My fascination with jewellery began in early childhood, when I would wear my mum’s jewellery while sitting at her dressing table and admiring the colours and sparkle in the mirror.

Work

Jewellery is my primary focus but even within this field my practice is very diverse. Initially training in jewellery making and working with precious metals and stones, my work has evolved constantly following countless trials and tribulations. Some of these take me onwards to further creative springs, others remain backwaters, only partially explored before being abandoned – perhaps to be revisited in the future.

 Method

I use responsibly sourced (often re-purposed) silver and gold. I use real and lab-grown gemstones, sometimes separately, often together. Every piece is individually designed and handmade in my London studio. Each ring or bracelet, earring or necklace is unique.

I also have a love for chain making. It’s always the first thing I do when in a new studio or I need to reset. I love the start of wire to the finished movement and weight of a chain.

I created this site primarily to be a record of my work. Items here will be offered for sale only occasionally. I have also recently experienced some challenges which can make the process of physical production difficult – while often leading to further innovation. I will always be happy to discuss interest in items. Please ask!
